At-home buffet and cocktail include on-site service. Delivered platters arrive self-serve, ready to serve.
What's the difference between delivered platters and full service?+
Delivered platters are Asian fusion menus prepared by Elie and delivered to your home, ready to serve, with no staff. Full service (at-home buffet or cocktail) adds setup, on-site service and, if needed, teardown. You choose the level of service to suit your reception.
What's the minimum guest count?+
The minimum is 10 guests for delivered platters. For fewer than 10 people, our private chef service is the better fit: Elie cooks a gastronomic experience on site for small, intimate groups.
Which occasions do you cater privately?+
Birthdays, engagement parties, baby showers, family gatherings, holiday dinners at home and any private reception. The Asian fusion menu is tailored to the occasion, the guest count and your restrictions.
Can you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?+
Yes. Allergies, intolerances and diets (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free) are built into the menu from the design stage. Flag them when you request a quote and Elie adapts the dishes accordingly.
Which areas do you deliver to?+
We serve greater Montreal, including the island of Montreal and Laval. Minor travel fees may apply to more distant areas. Contact us to confirm your address.
Is a deposit required?+
Yes, a 30% deposit confirms your date. The balance is due 3 days before the event. The terms are set out in your quote.
How far ahead should I book?+

Do you serve on site at home?+
Yes, for the at-home buffet and cocktail in full service: our staff set up, serve and clean up. For delivered platters, everything arrives ready to serve, self-serve. For a gastronomic experience plated at the table by the chef, see our private chef service.
